The Premier's Reading Challenge (PRC) is an optional challenge for each student to read more and to read widely. It encourages a love of reading for leisure in students and helps them explore quality literature. Challenge opens: Monday 25 February 2025 Challenge closes: Friday 22 August 2025 Students need to read 20 books (K-2) or 30 books (Years 3-6) and complete an online Reading Log by 22 August 2025 (11:59 pm) to complete the Challenge. Years 3-6 Athletics Carnival

Gooden Reserve, Baulkham Hills

Years 3-6 will compete in this year's Athletics Carnival at Gooden Reserve. All students must be at school by 8.45am for rolls to be marked.  Buses will leave promptly at 9.00am and return before 3.00pm. Students will have the opportunity to participate in 100m, 200m sprints, 800m, 1500m and long jump. Students who wish to participate in the high jump are asked to sign up at school.

Our Open Day / Grandparents Day will return bigger and better than ever on Wednesday, 6 August, during Public Education Week. On this day, we will invite parents and grandparents to visit classrooms and enjoy some student performances. The ‘Castle Hill Café’ will also return this year! More information regarding exact timings will be provided as the day approaches.
