Religion and Ethics

NSW public schools offer Special Religious Education (SRE) and Special Education in Ethics (SEE), delivered by approved providers where available.

When enrolling your child, you will be able to choose an option for Special Religious Education from the approved providers offered at our school. Parents/carers can complete their preference during the online enrolment. Alternatively, they will be given the  SRE and SEE participation letter  to complete and return.

If you wish to withdraw your child from SRE/SEE or request a change, please notify the school office in writing (email is preferred) or via the online form. Requests for changes must be made prior to a new term commencing.

If you do not wish for your child to participate in SRE or wish to withdraw them; Special Education in Ethics is an option for your child . For more information, visit Religion and Ethics.

At Castle Hill Public School, SRE and SEE are delivered on  Wednesdays  from 9:30am - 10:00am.
