School Bytes
In order to provide a one stop spot for parents to give permission and make payments for excursions/incursions etc we have moved to School Bytes for these tasks.
The School Bytes portal provides flexibility for you to conveniently:
- Make school payments online (including paying for multiple siblings at once)
- Use a family credit to pay for an activity or school contributions
- Download a receipt for payments made
- View all historical payments in one place
- Complete and submit digital permission notes
- View the status of all permission notes
- Request a refund if required
To set up your parent portal follow the steps below:
Open the parent portal link
Select create a new account
Follow the instructions in this link to create your account and add other students.
IMPORTANT: To ensure that the registration process works smoothly and you can link your account to your child(ren), make sure that you use the same email address that you have provided to the school when enrolling your child or if using a different email address, an SMS verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number on record for you at the school
Sentral for Parents
Castle Hill Public School uses the Sentral for Parents Portal to communicate with families.
Download this app to receive notices from the school.
The Parent Portal app offers the following features
- submit absence note
- view newsletters
- receive school reports
- receive notifications
- approve permission slips
- specific communication through email
- information notes like stationery lists
